The Company

Viage is dedicated to enhance the lives of professionals while at the same time increasing the innovation and results for their employers.  We do this by providing balanced development solutions that meet the needs of the company and the wants of employees.

The term viage is used in many languages and refers to a journey or voyage.  Whether a journey is physical or otherwise, it conjures up a myriad of  thoughts and emotions ranging from excitement to fear.  In professional terms, this can refer to strategic direction, organizational change, new projects, promotions/new role/assignment,  and generating new skills for the future.  Viage partners with companies and individuals to bridge gaps in order to create more productive thoughts, actions and results.  We solve problems by identifying root cause and helping the hidden opportunities emerge.   As this happens, the environment becomes less  frantic and more purposeful, innovative, and enjoyable.

Whether we are servicing individuals, groups, teams or entire organizations, we work together to identify the needs and wants of our clients.  We currently offer assessments, coaching, comprehensive development programs (such as Raising Enthusiasm to increase motivation and Discovering Potential to maximize employee development), speaking and facilitation.

The Founder

J9 Profile Photo AJeanine Izzo excels at leading others to create pro-active patterns in their life in order to experience more personal and professional fulfillment.  She supports this by advocating self-leadership activities which reduce blame/victim mentality and elevate individual and organizational success.  Using her seemingly innate ability to bridge gaps and build efficiencies she designs and delivers programs that meet the needs of the business while supporting the wants of employees.

Prior to Viage Partners, Jeanine spent nearly twenty years working in program/project management and marketing for manufactured consumer and commercial goods.  During this time, she led cross functional teams in new product development, including multiple projects with outsourced vendors both domestically and in China.  Success was achieved by setting clear expectations for team members and supporting them through the learning curve and implementation.  In addition, she proposed and implemented major process initiatives to support efficient work methods and reduce the panic of managing by reaction.  In the case of enhanced project planning, the variance between estimates and actuals was reduced by more than fifty percent through better information near the start and reduced churn and burn through the life of the project.

In addition to her undergraduate degree in Business/Marketing, Jeanine holds professional designations in Project Management (PMP) and Development Coaching (CPC) through the Project Management Institute and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, respectively.  She is a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, an impactful attitudinal assessment tool.

Motivated by her desire to make more positive shifts in the world, she founded Viage Partners. a company that provides professional development programs and coaching to enhance the lives of people and the productivity of organizations.  She is clear to state that these are not mutually exclusive!

Throughout her adult life, Jeanine has consciously stretched herself.  Her passion is getting out of her comfort zone.  She claims this is where her most phenomenal experiences take place.  She enjoys seeking new knowledge and understanding through people, places and experiences.  She has completed triathlons, summited Mt. Kilimanjaro and traveled to thirty countries to fuel her thirst for nature, adventure and cultural knowledge.
